All features, Policies, content, specifications, products, colors and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain measurements and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. The actual color you see, however, will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
By purchasing, you have agreed to these policies.

Please read carefully to ensure eligibility:
- All sales final.
- No size or style exchanges.
- We are unable to refund merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt.
- The cost of shipping is non-refundable once order has been shipped.
- We are not responsible for customer mistakes.
- Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of Westway Customs. We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer. In the case that we identify an improper return pattern via electronic analysis, Westway Customs maintains the right to disallow or limit a future transactions with involved clients.
- We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen mail once the order has shipped. Please contact the carrier to file a claim for damaged goods during shipment or stolen packages. We are not allowed to process claims with the carrier on your behalf.
- Discounts must be applied at the discretion of the buyer at checkout. We will not apply a discount after you have checked out.
Shipping

All shipping for delayed orders has been upgraded to priority service to ensure quick delivery upon ship out from our office.
PROCESSING:
If you did not reach out to us about receiving an order by a specific date BEFORE placing the order, your order will be subject to the posted estimated processing and delivery times. No exceptions.
Current processing time is about 1-3 weeks but may be longer during college acceptance season! (3-5 weeks)
- All orders are handmade to order.
- Please understand that while we strive to get your order out to you by this time frame, some orders may arrive later than usual during busy seasons. We hope you understand! Thank you so much for your support!
- We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order/item.
- If orders are lost or damaged, it is the customers' responsibility to file a claim with the Carrier. (USPS or UPS)
- Tracking will be emailed once it has left our office.
